You may use the address to register your business with ASIC, the ATO, other regulatory bodies and banks. Use it on your website, business cards, email signature etc.
We have a reception at your address that will greet any clients that walk in looking for you and take messages on your behalf.
If you need to meet with a client, you can book a meeting room to meet them at your businesses registered address, for an affordable price.
You also have access to reception staff and our admin team without the high costs associated with renting and setting up a stand alone office.

Registration with Government Organisations

An address with Natpost can be used to register your business or company with ASIC and keep your personal details out of the public domain.
Your Virtual Address is also accepted by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), banks, telcos, and many other Government and Private organisations. Creating the perfect hub for your business to reside from.
If you haven’t yet registered your Business or Company Name with ASIC yet, apply for your virtual address with Natpost using your proposed name, if your name changes during the registration process, simply let us know and we’ll adjust our records.

What additional services are available and how much do these cost?

Scan to email of your mail – starting at $5
Mail/parcel forwarding – starting at $15.40
Meeting Rooms & Hot Desks – $22 per hour for a private office or $7 per hour for a hot desk in a shared space.

These services are available when you need them or part of an ongoing service.
Activate the scan to email service when you’re heading off on holiday, have your mail forwarded to you at home, or book an office for that meeting or zoom call to avoid noisy coffee shops or homes.
What ever the reason, select your additional service needed and turn it off when you don’t.

Co Working Space

Affordable co working place in Melbourne

Conveniently located next to Southern Cross Station, We have 6 partitioned desks available for hire.  $5 per hour or $20 per day.
Whether you need to waste a few hours between meetings, or you need somewhere quiet to get some work done, we can help.

Meeting Rooms

Whether it’s with clients or potential employees, having your meetings where your business is registered, just makes sense. Centrally located in the heart of Melbourne’s business district.
Central, Private, Perfect.
We will greet your guests at reception and advise you of their arrival.  Guests can wait in our waiting area with the front of house team or be shown directly to your private meeting room.

4 Person room – $22 per hour.  $77 half day (9am-1pm/1pm-5pm).  $132 full day (9am-5pm)
12 Person room – $32 per hour. $112 half day (9am-1pm/1pm-5pm). $192 full day (9am-5pm)

After hours or outside business hours booking are available, please contact us (subject to staff availability)
Surcharges are;
Mon-Fri: 7am-9am +50%  –  Mon-Fri: 5pm-7pm +50% – Mon-Fri: 7pm-10pm + 75%
Sat: & Sun 9am-5pm Full day rate + 75%

Scan to Email

Need to access your mail, but can’t get in?
Our Scan to Email service is available for regular use, whilst on holidays, or for any period you may require it.  Apply HERE
Do you need to urgently review a letter or document and can’t wait? With your written authorisation, National Postal Service will open the envelope, scan and email the contents to you
If you don’t want all your mail opened, we can scan the envelopes and email them to you and you can then decide what to do.
Once scanned, your mail will be placed inside your mailbox for collection or you may request that it be forwarded to you using our mail forwarding service.

Mail Forwarding

We can forward your mail to you anywhere in the world.  Apply HERE
How often you have your mail forwarded to you is totally up to you. Daily or weekly for higher mail volumes or fortnightly or monthly for lower mail volumes. If there isn’t any mail to forward to you on your scheduled date then there is also no charge. No service, no fee.
We can forward your mail to you using one of the many courier services.

Courier services

With access to couriers providing overnight, same day, interstate, international or express deliveries, we can offer a cost effective solution to suit you.  Options available can include full online tracking, signature upon delivery or insurance.
Using only the best and most trusted carriers from Australia and the world we can help you get your items where they need to go quickly, reliably and economically.
(Australia Post services available only to Virtual address customers and 3PL clients)

We also provide packaging solutions if your items are not already boxed up and ready for transport.

Print & Post

If you’re away from a printer and need something posted, just email us a PDF and we’ll do it for you.
Mail forwarding charges and additional labor charges for large jobs.

Shipping
National Post offers both domestic and international shipping services including TNT, DHL, Post Global, Australia Post as well as same day courier delivery all designed to suits the needs of your business and your customer.
Shipping materials are included in the cost of your 3PL package and include a wide variety of packing material including personalised materials at an additional cost. Your 3Pl consultant can discuss with you the best packaging for your items safety as well as cost cutting and business efficiency solutions.

Storage – From as little as $2.20 per day
Storage space is often comes at a premium, hard to come by and difficult to scale up or down.
Natpost offers storage for goods and stock for as little as $2.20 per day, that’s less than a cup of coffee.
Storage space starts as small as a shelf 40cm(h) x 1.8m (w) x 60cm (d) to as large as 10 m2 and can be scaled to suit your needs , stock volume and size of your products.
Your 3PL consultant can offer special introductory offers to enable your business to try 3PL services to experience first hand that value it adds to your business and the advantage of offsite storage.

Returns
Returns can be a time consuming and costly part of your product based business. Natpost can handle all product returns for you including sending back to your supplier for direct drop shipping business.
Our team will receive the product on your behalf, check for signs of wear or tear, advise your of the status of the item via email communication, re-bag, label or package the item and return the item to your saleable stock or back to your supplier.
Returns processes can be tailored to your business to suit both you and your customer to ensure real value is added, time is saved and cost taken out of the business.

Invoicing
To complete the 3PL full service offering National Post will invoice you for the services in line with your chosen billing cycle.
Invoicing can occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly dependent on your cycle and overall volume of services.
No security deposit is needed to utilise the services. However, a credit card number is required on file.
