Credit Card Authority – Recurring Payment Agreement
This form is for a monthly payment for a scan to email subscription. The payment will be debited on the same date each month that you applied and is paid in advance. If a payment fails, the service will pause until payment resumes. No lock in contracts, no fuss. If you wish to cancel the service, just let us know. If you only require the service for a short amount of time, let us know. Every service is customizable.
Terms and Conditions
| 1. Scan to Email exclusions; parcels, magazines, booklets and catalogues, mail is classified as standard letter. |
| 2. Items received above your subscription maximum will be charged a special rate of $3 for each additional letter |
| 3. We do not scan obvious junk or excess pages in mail such as bank statements or phone bills, just the main pages. |
| 4. Unused monthly allocations are not cumulative |
| 5. Your service subscription is debited from your nominated credit card in advance each month. |
| 6. An email reminder for your payment will be sent three days prior to your card being debited. |
| 7. Your selected service can be upgraded or down graded or cancelled at any time by emailing donna@natpost.com |
| 8. Subscription will be paused if payment fails and resume once payments received |
| 9. Subscription is debited the same date you applied each month. If this date does not exist (e.g. 31st Feb) debit will occur on the next business day |
