Credit Card Authority – Recurring Payment Agreement
This form is for a monthly payment for a mail forwarding subscription. The payment will be debited on the same date each month that you applied and is paid in advance. If a payment fails, the service will pause until payment resumes. No lock in contracts, no fuss. If you wish to cancel the service, just let us know. If you only require the service for a short amount of time, let us know. Every service is customizable.
Terms & Conditions
| 1. Mail forwarding includes 1 consolidated item of mail and or parcels up 2kgs to Melbourne Metro only & 500 gram Australia wide |
| 2. Excess shipping charges will be charged to the card held on file |
| 3. Your Ad On subscription is debited from your nominated credit card each month on the same day you applied |
| 4. An email reminder for your payment will be sent three days prior to your card being debited. |
| 5. Unused monthly allocations are not cumulative |
| 6. Your selected service can be upgraded, down graded or cancelled at any time by emailing donna@natpost.com |
| 7. Subscription will be paused if payment fails and resume once payments received |
| 8. Subscription is debited the same date you applied each month. If this date does not exist (e.g. 31st Feb) it will be debited on the next business day |

Your Ad On subscription is debited from your nominated credit card on the same date you applied each month 4. An email reminder for your payment will be sent three days prior to your card being debited 5. To change your payment details please use your reminder invoice 6. Your selected service can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time by emailing donna@natpost.com 7. Your Ad On subscription services will be suspended if payment fails and reinstated once payment resumes 8. Unused monthly allocations are not cumulative 9. Monthly mail forwarding is done on the 1st Friday of the month 10. Mail forwarding is performed on a Friday, if Friday is a public holiday, service will be fulfilled on the business day prior 11.
