Hi, my name is Donna Newman and together with my daughter Shae, run Natpost Business Centre in Little Collins Street Melbourne.

I was born and raised in Melbourne, growing up in the western suburbs. I am married and have 6 wonderful children. I have always been active, enjoying sport at school and calesthenics as a child. I played competitive squash for many years but as the body gets older it is preferring more gentle sports, so now I focus on Table Tennis and Golf.
I have lived most of my life in Melbourne with the last 22 years living within 6 blocks of our Little Collins Street location and here for 15 years. I started the business after my return from the USA in 2010. We used a similar service there for 2 years and thought that with a little tweaking, we could make it work in Melbourne.

I love meeting new customers, and putting faces to names that had previously only been email signatures. Shae and I are constantly looking for ways not only to improve our business but also our customers experiences.
Overcoming challengers and improving our business model together with developing new services in response to customers requests keeps me on my toes and I love it.

Hi, my name is Shae Newman.

I joined Mum at Natpost Business Centre in 2015 after moving back from North Queensland, where I lived for 7 years. 

I am a outdoors person and love most sports but my favorite are AFL and tennis.  I love the ocean and am a recreational scuba diver.  Port Philip Bay has some of the best dive spots I’ve ever seen, the beauty is just a bit more hidden than the Great Barrier Reef… and a bit colder too.

We are real people not just an online store or an automated program so we can provide quality personal services at reasonable prices.  We are conveniently located close to major transport links and parking structures.
